COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We all want to have vivid and interesting discussions about the topics we love - right? To ensure this, you might already have guessed it, we have set up some rules. As no game works without proper rules and people sticking to it, we also ask you kindly to abide by our guidelines and values.

KEEP THE TEAM SPIRIT IN MIND

Please respect each other and treat everyone the same way you want to be treated!

  • Help each other by keeping an eye on your community and do not shy away to report/flag inglorious behavior.

CREATE A WELCOMING, INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY

Behaving in a way that discourages others from participating is not cool!

GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT'S DUE

It would be awesome if you would mark quotes from others clearly as quotes.

SPEAK YOUR TRUTH, BUT STAY WITH THE FACTS

You're welcome to express your opinion and share your thoughts freely - but don't spread lies or misinformation.

NO HATE, VIOLENCE, BULLYING, OR TROLLING

Just be nice - we're here for fun! Don't attack the people around here.

  • Also no harassment, no threats, no intimidations, no abuse or any form of defamation against no one - everyone is welcome regardless of color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy, disability or being a victim of major violence - We live in the 21st century guys, so should your moral compass!

NO SPAM

You probably don't like unwanted advertising - guess what, we neither!

  • Don't advertise or self-promote in our community - mentioning product names (e.g. websites or services) is just allowed if the purpose and context of the comment is not primarily promotional.

NO ILLEGAL STUFF

Like real life, this is not the place for such things!

  • By 'no illegal stuff' we mean "don't do things here in our online community that are illegal in real life!" (criminal acts) like pretending you're someone you're not (identity thievery) or other hacking and thievery

This set of guidelines apply to any form - e.g. post, comment, username, profile picture, or in a chat. Please keep that in mind.

The culture of every community is explicitly shaped by its rules and implicitly shaped and defined by the community itself - for instance through boosting interesting content. Therefore, we appreciate when you actively participate in our community, watch out for each other, and more importantly also stand up for each other. To give you a feeling of which tone is appropriate and which is not, have a look at this example of a disagreement:

F*** off and eat shit! You will never win this match because you suck mad! - Not OK
Come on man! You know you won't win this match, look at your team's stats! - OK

Please take it easy in your discussions, play by the rules and stay objective.
